The Greatest Teacher

Dear brothers and sisters, I want you to understand that the gospel message I preach is not based on mere human reasoning. I received my message from no human source, and no one taught me. Instead, I received it by direct revelation from Jesus Christ.

~Galatians 1: 11&12

As Christians we might have books we highly esteem and even love the authors, simply because of a piece of their mind and thoughts they have let us in on through the pages of the books. How much more with God! whose thoughts and ideas are beyond beautiful! The Good News is better than any fairy tale or any swoon worthy happily ever after!

Paul emphasizes again, how no man taught him but rather the message he spread with so much zeal didn't come from any human authority, It can from our Lord Jesus Christ. The message apostle Paul had for the gentiles was spoken to him by Jesus Christ. We often hear the best teacher is The Holy Spirit. The Lord Jesus Christ referring to the Holy Spirit said;

"But when the Father sends the Advocate as my representative—that is, the Holy Spirit—he will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you." ~ John 14:26 NLT

He will teach you everything. Everything as in everything! Do you need assistance with time management? managing your money? being more creative? money-making ideas ? the Holy Spirit is your person! Consult him! just as we consult our human teachers and ask questions, God has given us the greatest gift, his spirit to be our teacher. That is one of the purpose of us having the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is a teacher with all knowledge, he is all-knowing!

"But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him." ~ 1 John 2:27 KJV

Paul the apostle wasn't taught by anyone, Jesus Christ taught him. Today as Christians we have the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Christ. Lets take advantage of this great teacher. Lets do our part, which involves looking into the word, studying the word. The Holy Spirit, the one behind the scriptures, will narrate it to us in a way that we understand. Happy Word-studying!

"All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right." ~ 2 Timothy 3:16 NLT
